Have you ever seen a star during the daytime? I can't remember ever having done so but if it is possible they must appear very dim to the eye. Stars don't shine as brightly in the daytime, it is only in the darkness when they stand out and attract ones attention. This is also true of those that seek the truth. Just as the great shining star attracted the wise men and led them to the Christ child, so too strong Christians shine brightly for others during times of trial and tribulation. There are many such here at BC. And we have lost a beautiful star who will be sorely missed, especially when the going gets rough and those with a firm foundation are needed the most. Ephesians 6:13 . . .and having done all, to stand

When I was a teen, I was visitig my uncle's farm, and he had a deep well, with rungs like a ladder all the way down. I climbed nearly all the way down once. At near the bottom it was so dark, that I literally could not see the rung in front of me. I looked up, and the sky was also black and I could see stars that were directly overhead. This was like 4:00 in the afternoon, so I thought I was in the well during a total eclipse, but there was no eclipse. Just that I was so deep that no sunlight could reach me so the sky overhead was dark revealing stars. Isaiah 66:2b; But to this one I will look, To him who is humble and contrite of spirit, and who trembles at My word.

Oh absolutly. Mat 5:14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. I too, pray that CeeCee will come back. I have several new, everyday prayers, and this that CeeCee returns is one of them. Cecilia, you are a very bright star yourself, my friend. Love you, Rhonda Romans 14 verse 5 One person regards one day holier than other days, and another regards them all alike. 3 Each must be fully convinced in his own mind.
