In life's great race He made a plan, For all the times we need a hand. He told us just what we should do. He gave you, Me! He gave me, You! So when your heart feels hard and dry, You need a place to lean and cry, Life seems to be empty and colder, You'll always know you have my shoulder And when nothing seems to be going right, When tears and worries fill up my night, When into the depths of despair I'm falling, I know that out to you I'll be calling And if in this race, still uncompleted, We find ourselves both quite depleted, We will find we will both go so much further, When we each lean upon and support the other. Sort of reminds me of the song " Lean on Me "; which would be better titled " Lean on Him " No, we speak of God's secret wisdom, a wisdom that has been hidden and that God destined for our glory before time began. 1 Cor. 2: 7

®© What a beautiful poem and so uplifting. Go back to the original and where you have the word copyright reserved, click your spelling button on the top, and then click special characters to input the copyright sign and put your name down...That way if it is ever published you can sue and remember BC takes a lot of credit for articles entered....Add the date also and you can go on the web for the copy write link to make this yours only..I love it.. Thanks Oh and Godly cook---How many of us fell in loved to that song, Lean on Me----I still have my original copies on 45rpm........ Oh those memories-------- Yesterday is past and gone, but tomorrow is forever.

redbird1122 replies on 9/3/2006 2:55 am: Oh, it can be changed, but you have to do really know what you are doing. There is this guy who has a blog on here that has posts teaching how to do all sorts of stuff. I just haven't learned it all yet. That would be Paul aka Supabubba. He is a great guy and very talented with HTML code. I don't know why I didn't think of looking there!
