 This is my oldest sister that this happened to. She works at a Sams club in San Angelo, Texas. Ladies please be careful. All my love, Cecilia

I am ok and not harmed in any way, shacking and nervous. A man tried to steal my purse just now, but police caught him. I am send you all a warning. ALWAYS LOCK YOUR CAR DOORS, NO MATTER WHERE YOU STOP. For gas, mail, water, stop sign, ATM, drive thru windows AND WATCH FROM A DISTANCE FOR FEET STANDING, THAT YOU CAN SEE UNDER YOUR CAR, WHEN GETTING BACK INSIDE. WHEN SHOPPING LOCK YOUR PURSE WITH A CHILDS SAFETY BELT AND CLOSE IT GOOD AND TIGHT. EVERY DAY SOMEONE HAS TO REPLACE THERE SAMS CARD FROM BEING STOLE IN THERE PURSE. I just got off at Sam's Club, drove to fill empty water jugs behind Block Buster on Sherwood Way across from HEB. I filled 2 bottles and started the 3, when I heard my purse fall. I turned around and a man was bent over my purse on the passenger side and was standing up. I went around the car to see what he was doing. He dropped my purse and picked up his bike. I ran after him, and almost caught him. He saw I was very near, so he dropped the meat he was carrying to paddle faster. By then a man across the parking lot yelled that he would follow him in his truck. He didn't get a chance to take anything from my purse. A second man chased the thief and between the 2 of them, the thief was caught, and police now have him, and he had a warrant for his arrest and theft for stealing meat from HEB. So God got him with 2 birds and one stone. Thank you Jesus. I praise my Heavenly Father for my protection, because he sent me two angels to help catch a thief. The blood of Jesus kept me from getting hurt. I send the same Gods protection, blessing and favor to each of you. all my love Kathy

 I don't use a purse anymore because you are a walking target for muggers..instead I wear a money belt around my waist and most times passersby don't even notice..how is your sister and family doing?

She says in the e-mail that she is alright just shaken up. I know her well enough to know that she has turned it over to the Lord and is truly grateful for His intervention. This is the one sibling that I can still communicate with who is "safe" most of the time.

 Thank you for sharing that.
Most of us think it will never happen to us. I know i pray for protection daily. The money belt is a nice idea.
I hope your sister is recovering from this shock.

I know that people pass e-mails around all the time that it happened to their friends sister's husband's uncle's counsin's wife's brother's boss's, neice's, mother's, aunt's, nephew's daughter so no one pays attention to them. But since I know this person myself and you guys know me, somewhat, I thought I would pass it on. I thought that using the little child seat belt in the shopping cart was a good idea too. Never would have thought of that myself

 Always good to get a refresher in safety. Sometimes we get lax. Thanks for sharing this important lesson. Yes, it also happened to me years ago.

Yes, Sherri, we all to often believe that it can only happen to the other guy so we stop taking precautions. I'm just glad that my sister is alright and was protected by God and the human "angels" that He sent her way.

 THERE MIRACLE OF THERE LORD IS SO WONDERFULL TO THERE CHRISTIAN LIFE IF ONLY WE BELIEVE FRONM THERE BOTTOM OF OUR HEART AND TRUST THERE RAEL GOD THEGOD OF AHBRAHAM. SATAN HAD ALWAYS BEING THER BEST FRIEND OF THE CHURCH PLEASE LET US TAKE OUR TIME. GOD BLESS YOU ALL
