Hi, everyone, I have had the most wonderful week this week. My granddaughter and her mom got here Monday afternoon and just left yesterday morning. My granddaughter has grown so much. What a joy she is and so smart and I promise that it isn't just my being prejudiced. Wednesday the three of us went to visit with my daughter and her family so I was with three of my grandbabies that day. We arrived there at 10:30 am and ended up not leaving until 1:30 the next morning. What a joyous time of fellowship it was for us all. I managed to get my picture CD's from my daughter while I was there so that I could put up a more recent photo here on the site. This new one was taken on July 4th, 2005. Though I am no longer blonde and my hair is a lot shorter now, I do feel a lot more honest in that I don't have a 10 year old picture up as my main picture any longer. Melissa, the little one's mom, and I had so much to share with one another. She has just completed her classwork on her Master's degree as a music theripist. She begins her internship in October. God really blessed in that He opened a door for her to be able to do her internship in Houston. She and Kyndall will be living with her mom just west of Houston and my son, the baby's dad, lives just north of Houston. Since music therapy is still fairly new internships are few and far between. She was just hoping to get in the state of Texas, as was my son. The thought of having Kyndall be so far away from her dad and brothers and unable to visit with them, as she has grown accustomed to doing, was really worrying both of them. Though it has all truly been a joy and a blessing, I missed being able to get online and fellowship with all of you and I am so very, very glad to be back.
