"Harsh words break no bones,
but they do break hearts."

Be careful with your words - you never know who is watching or listening.

How can we NOT praise Him - Marilyn

Harsh and hateful words definitely do that.

Tough love though is often interpreted as harsh, by the one being loved.

It is to restore hearts in the long run.

Saying I am sorry is WORTHLESS without real repentance.

True or FALSE ?

Without a personal and intimate relationship with God, how can you ever realize the true identity and person of God?

Continue to be faithful, deliverance is near, obedience must be seen, be an unconditional blessing as He continues to bless you.

This time is short, serve Him well, serving all.

Without exception.

I think there is a big difference between tough love words and harsh words. Altho a female's perception of harsh words may be quite different than a male's persception of harsh words - since women tend to be a more emotional being then men. Blessings Pete!

Something Bill (dundeal) put on a humourous post of his
came back to mind when I read this Marilyn.

There was a little boy who said "You know when someone
loves you because they say your name differently.
Your name is safe in their mouth."

I loved that. "Your name is safe in their mouth."

We all need a few people like that around don't we?

This is true! It reminds me of the poem we learned as children.

Sticks and stones can break my bones but words will never hurt me.

Love you sister!

in your life means Jesus is in your heart.
