I dare anyone to tell the True Church? Oh, go ahead. Stick your toe across the line and let me know. The suspense is killing me. Everyone would like to know the true Church so we could all join that one.

My insight into the true Church of Jesus is much like the nature of BigChurch. A composite of believers from many of the 30,000 protestant denominations, and the Roman Catholic, the Greek Orthodox, and any others I failed to mention. The true Church is the invisible body of Christ with no name but His Name. The true Church is a collection of believers who by grace are entrusting their lives to Him. You will find the true church anywhere on earth, but not localized to any one building or name over the door. The true Church of Jesus transcends all bodies of Christians. Its both invisible and visible. A true Christian has the light of Christ shinning from within them. A true Christian is a temple of the Holy Spirit. A true Christian is forgiven of all sins, not because they belong to the right Church but because they are members of the true Church, the living active Body of Christ on earth.

Go ahead. I dare you to disagree with this. Name your true Church? Its okay. As always the silence is deafening. The shout of the believers will thunder His Name as Head of His Church, His Body, the True Church!

No although it sounds nice to say that everyone is part of the "one true Church" The fact is that the Church is not merely a "collection of like minded believers" the true Church Christ established has actual governing authority over the practices and beliefs of Christians. So to say that there is no real guiding authority except for a bunch of hippies "feel good vibes about what the Holy Spirit wants us to do" is not the truth. Christ only established one Church. A holy, Catholic and APOSTOLIC Church. These other organizations came up later, Christ never established them, nor ordained their leaders to any actual governing authority.

Also, nowhere in the scriptures does it ever state that the Church Christ established is "invisible" Protestants always enjoy talking about this "Invisible" Church when the scriptures are clear that a city on a hill cannot be hidden. Christs Church is a visible Church. The true Church would also know it is the true Church and would state that it is so. Also, if people of these denominations really considered the Catholic Church as part of this "true Church" that is invisible, then they should have no problems going to it and obeying it's doctrines. Which they do not. So clearly they do not really believe that at all.

The true Church is the Catholic Church. All Christians merely borrow from it's doctrines, then leave out the ones they do not like.

I have gone to mass many times.. received holy communion to the chagrin of the priests because I am not Roman Catholic. I support the Catholic Church and admire this group of Christians. I especially like the good job the Catholic Church does with Holy Communion or mass. The Protestant world focuses more on the pulpit, rather than the altar, which is probably why there are so many denominations. The visible Church is the body of believers in Jesus. The invisible Church is those who are born again known of God.

I am the true church.

Anyone who is born-again is the true church.

Ekklesia...called out ones.

The true church is His Body.

I am of His Body.

I am the true church.

Salvation is of the LORD
