After driving around the city a few hours today in the 104 degree heat wave we arrived at home deciding it was just too hot to be out. As soon as the ignition was turned off we smelled an overpowering smell of gasoline in the car. Not sure where it was coming from we got out-got-back in-restarted (tried) and all the lights went on. You know, the dummy lights that say oil, check engine, coolant, blah blah blah.
All we could do was look at each other and say: "Praise God"! We were safely home and not out on the hot highway in 104 degrees. This may also answer the question as when we get a new car. We shall see. I would like a Equinox or a Pacifica.
If it is just a hose that broke, Praise God for that too!

God is good.

. Continue to be faithful, deliverance is near, obedience must be seen, be an unconditional blessing as He continues to bless you.
This time is short, serve Him well, serving all.
Without exception.

Wow. I'm glad something serious didn't happen, like the car overheating and an accident or something. Thank God you were home! God bless.

My son-in-law used to work for an international car rental and says the Chrysler products had the most mechanical problems.
Yes, PTL for His timing. Several years ago, I had just come off the highway, was leaving a parking lot, and my front end literally fell apart. PTL for His timing.

Hi Gary, Well, I did it. I bought a brand new vehicle. It is a chevy equinox and not the chrysler product. That is what the mechanic at the dealership also said. It is an SUV that gets 24 mpg. Not too bad. I am thrilled! God Bless you friend. Rhonda
