Lord, Let Me Die a Good Death!

God alone is in control of how and when we die. Not even a sparrow falls to the ground in death without Him knowing it, right? I am not as concerned with how I die as I am with how much glory God gets from it. The American Indian men used to (they may still) hope that a good death would find them. That is my prayer, too. I pray that my death will be used as an evangelistic tool in the Lord's hands. I pray that He will soften people's hearts and draw many into His kingdom because of my death. I pray that my death will have meaning, not just be a putting away of this tent I reside in. In Jesus' name, Amen! |
