What Are You Here At Big Church For?

My curiousity has gotten the better or me, so I am conducting an informal survey. I am curious about why people are here at Big Church. I would really appreciate it if you would respond by choosing one or more of the answers below: 1. I am here to find my soulmate. 2. I am here to make friends. 3. I am here for ministry purposes. 4. I am here for another reason (please explain, if you don't mind). I will start off by answering myself. I am here for the first 3 reasons. I will summarize the results in a later post for all who are interested to see. Be blessed! |

Well, to be totally honest, I am here to make friends, and for learning more about Jesus, we have some awesome preachers of the Gospel here, and after I meet a few friends if the Lord wishes perhaps he will send me another person so I want be alone so much. But there has to be Jesus first, friend second and Jesus's intervenion next. And I am here because I love the Christian teachings, and being accepted for my love of the Lord Jesus Christ. I could of done 1-2-3, but figured I needed to really stress that my Lord comes first! Yesterday is past and gone, but tomorrow is forever.

I originally came here because my single best friend (who is catholic) and I (who am Pentecostal) have hard time finding guys for both of us in the same place. The guys we were surrounding ourselves with were not guys we want to settle down with - actually we were only meeting guys that we come in contact with at work. My church is small and I am one of two single people in it. She decided to join a catholic singles website and I joined big church. We figured if we didn't meet "Mr. God-made-him-just-for-me" we could at least meet new people and make new friends.

I'm here for all of the above, my profile would admit to the 1st  I am believing...God will provide everything for that which we are believing our Great and Big God for. I am here for many reasons: get to know and make friends, to share the LOVE of God with everybody; to bless and to be blest; bible study and pursuit God's Truth...Amen. bro Rick

Jean - to be honest - I came for reason number one but have received blessings with friends, and have learned more than I ever expected about God's Word. Who'da thunk?

HI 1. I'll let God chose my soul mate for me this time. 2. I was curious at first but have since really enjoyed making friends so that's the reason I stay. 3. I love the ministry so that another reason I stay on the site. God Bless  oceanfloor
