 It is sad for me to have to say this, but this is one more example of a false doctrine that God warns us not to give heed to. You have presented no Biblical references to back up this speculation of yours, and with good reason - there are none that will! On the contrary, Jeremiah 31:33-34 says the following:

They will not teach again, each man his neighbor and each man his brother, saying, 'Know the LORD,' for they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them," declares the LORD, "for I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more." And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

There will be no need for a written third testament. As raindancer so wisely stated above, After Christ returns there will be no need for more written Word. The Word will be walking among us.

I call for the spirit of deception to be removed from you and Chris so that you may see the Truth, in Jesus' name, amen!
