" Gal.2:20 Have you ever considered what the Apostle Paul meant by this phrase ? Do you realize his statement applies to you ? But have you ever asked; how were we crucified with Christ, when we weren't physically there as He was crucified ? We didn't even look upon Him, as He shed His precious blood for us. If this is true of us ( that we were crucified with Christ ), when we weren't even there, is it also true of the O.T. saints as well ? Who also weren't there ? Just how much did the O.T. saints know ( or understand ) about the promised Messiah? Was their faith in Him, and what they understood He would accomplish by His death; or were they saved some other way? Do you know where to find the first mention of the suffering Messiah ? TO BE CONTINUED No, we speak of God's secret wisdom, a wisdom that has been hidden and that God destined for our glory before time began. 1 Cor. 2: 7 |

I was going to say Genesis 3v15 but buskydad got in first! "Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth" 2 Timothy 2 v 15
