Men's brains versus women's brains...care to add anything????? **Why is it women take 15 mintues to pick their clothes, and guys just smell their clothes then put them on if they dont smell THAT bad? **Why is it some women shave their eyebrows off and then paint them back on? ____________________________________________ **Why don't men appreciate a good pair of shoes. if you hit the 'quote' button by a post that has color, it will then show you the commands that person (primarily suppabubba  ) used to get the color. look at how they began and they ended the command and it works presto!!lemme know how it goes...and thanks for visitin'

Women's intelligence over a given sample tends to form a pretty normal bell curve. Men's intelligence has a more spread out distribution: a lower concentration around the average, and stronger inclinations toward both genius and excessive stupidity than women. With the more effective conduit that women have running down the center, the two brain hemispheres tend to cooperate more fully. 'Women's intuition' appears to be that cooperation at work in situations where, if only one hemi or the other dominated, the judgment would have been incomplete or faulty. The greater balance between the hemis may partially account for the differences observed in the distribution curves, too. How about hormonal effects on the two genders' brains? Women's run cyclically over a 28 to 30 day period. Go figure. Men's are driven by a charge/discharge phenomenon; no surprise either. Visually, men's processing ability far exceeds that of women. In my occupation, I've encountered a very few women who were in the same arena as men concerning linear or algorithmic processing, but I've never met a woman who could hold a candle to even a slow man in terms of multi-dimensional spatial processing. My career in developing aircraft and satellite communications gear is not likely to be overrun by women any time soon, in spite of more and more funding and mandatory quotas for women in university science and engineering departments. Even women with the brainpower don't have the 'Yeah, let's make that!' attitude that gives us everything from cell phones to better sewer systems. (And they fired Harvard president Larry Summers for merely hinting that men and women 'might' have different innate abilities in math and science. So much for 'veritas' in the ivy league...) One thing's for sure, all of us can always be smarter. Nothing stunts growth better than thinking we know it all already. There's always something new to learn. In the meantime, I'm looking for a big steak, a beer, a wife, and some sleep. Vive la difference! -rjb
