gratitude i am grateful to the almighty god that: i am healing every day and regaining mental capacity every day. my relationship with god has been restored and grows stronger each day. that my empathy towards others has grown and i can serve the lord better because of my trials. i am blessed by being more of a blessing to people in my life, and i am finding people in my life i never made time for in my past and that is a blessing in itself.

That's great Rocky. Often our suffering is not for ourselves, it's not because we are a bad person, it's not so that we can have better character, or patience, they are just fringe benefits. It's so we can get beside someone going through similar stuff and have empathy. Christ suffered for us, we also suffer for another. Job suffered so through time people could learn from his life. If you can use it to glorify God, that's awesome. Prayers are still with you. God bless. Judgement Day will be interesting.

i have heard a lot that god puts us thru bad times so that we can fully submit to him. this is true, whether or not it is intentioned or no. i am fully committed to him  praise the lord!

i have finally been scheduled to receive the meds that were denied to me last year, i have also been scheduled for IV steroids. praise the lord, i will hopefully be feeling myself again. i will not forget what i have learned nor take god for granted again.

i heard a radio sermon on king josiah today, who was all for the lord untill he got proud and went into the holy of holies to burn insense and then he got leperosy. i think i got too proud too. forgive me lord
