Hi Geusnuevavida. First of all you need a comment for making this post public. Consider it done. Secondly I would like to say that living a life close to the Lord and getting to know Him better day by day is also very important. Doing that life we do experience times and situations were we experience fear and anxiety. And the time and situation will pass and we experienced that there was a way out; a way through. Because God promised everything works for the benefit of those who love God. My point is that we also need to learn to look over our shoulders at the past, and see that what we feared had less power in our lives than God. Mature in our walk with Jesus and learn that what He said is not only words in a book called the Bible. Most of the people in Old Testament did not have a Torah to read in. But they lived their lives with God and learned more and more of who and what He is. Matured and ended up being mentioned in the Bible for what they did and didn't do. The same goes for New Testament. First they heard of Jesus, being told by others. Then they met Him or got to know Him. It became more than words but a choice of how to live and who to follow. We still faces fear and scary things in our lives. But when I manage to remember to look for Jesus - and He is right there close to me - then I know the scary things are not that scary at all because Jesus always guides me the way pass or even though all of it. Yes, things are still scary but I'm not alone and the One given all Power in Heaven and on Earth is there and He will take care of the rest as long as I will do my part: what I am able to do. What has happened in my life as a Christian confirms what the Bible tells me. But now it's not only what I've read, but even more an experience from my own life. Remember experience is hard to pass on from one generation to the next. Each generation makes their own experiences...
