Hey All, Sorry I've seemed to have "dropped out" - I have been attending AA meetings every night, waking up and getting some quality time with our Lord, and not getting to the blogs for our beautiful fellowship. At this time, I need to focus on recovery. The day came that I needed to admit it, and be smart enough to enter the program. In addition to AA, I've "discovered" Celebrate Recovery, a Christ-centered recovery program that started out of Saddleback Church. I covet your prayers and know I love you all and think of you all often. If I get time over the weekend, I'll spend time getting caught up with your blogs. Hugs! PS - I had my first sales meeting at work since starting my new job and I'm top seller for the month of October! I am AMAZED - God is so good! Walking, and praising and trusting my Lord for the rest of my life |

Hi Donna! Yes, you are sorely missed here, but glad to know you're getting the fellowship you need. The women in my ministry are required to attend 30 meetings in the first 30 days, it really helps with the focus of getting your life on track. Congratulations on your sales! God is good and He loves you! Me too! ![]() NOTHING that happens, happens for NOTHING ![]() I Am Truly Blessed By Each Of You Here At BC, Yes, Even You!!! What's In YOUR Past? Hey BigChurch! My church and another local church does a version of AA together which they call OV (Overcomers Victorious) We've had some very high quality leadership in both our churches emerge from that group. Isaiah 66:2b; But to this one I will look, To him who is humble and contrite of spirit, and who trembles at My word.

Glad you are in a Christ-centered recovery program. I attend both AA and CR meetings. Through God's grace I have been sober over 15 years and the Lord has completely changed my life also. I don't get on here much anymore either. I'm in a relationship and that takes up a lot of time. God bless! If you don't know me you haven't missed much - but if you don't know Jesus you've missed everything!!

Oh Donna, that's great. I've gone to Celebrate Recovery a couple of times, since it's "the" open group Friday nights at the church I choose to attend. It's awesome. I don't know what your group does, but we have a worship team to envy, and then the confidential sharing time helps to get a pretty big load off. They say the first step is admitting you have a problem. It's good to know you're not alone. Yahoo over being top seller.
