 My new job requires me to work some Saturdays.

 Hey all - It really wasn't bad! LOL! It was four hours, and it was kind of quiet there, I got a lot of my phone calls made, got to know one of my co-workers much better and made time and a half. Next paycheck I'll be really happy!

I should have been given the option to take 4 hours off on another day, but it wasn't offered.

 I'm applying to work Saturdays - photographing weddings. Yesterday was my first in a long time. Now I have hours of work to put in touching up the photos. Gettin' married soon???

 It could be worse, like if you were required to work Sundays, and miss church.

 I was so put out when I left the standard Monday-Friday office week structure, and got put on a shift. My peeve was having to work Sunday. I'm back to Monday-Friday, and sometimes wish I had a little more flexibility. But, my boss is great with the flexibility thing too. No complaints here.

 I work almost every Saturday Donna.. lol so you get no sympathy from me!.. lol
Banana and toothbrushes... Oh no not again... lol

Life is too short so Lighten Up a bit...

 That sucks! Do you get another day off during the week or are you now working six days a week?
