we need to take the time to be "quiet" and listen to what He has to say and wants us to do. It may take days, weeks or months before we fully understand...

Yes, you are so right about this. The lives many live are very noisy so we must keep our eyes and ears on HIM. Good postie!

I so agree! And sometimes it's easier said than done! My foolish pride struggles with verses that say "Be still; Cease striving; Let God be God."

Over the years, I have now found much comfort and peace in not having to do it all and let Him be in the driver's seat. And I cannot hear Him when I don't shut up.

It's hard for me to let go of the wheel but I'm getting better at it.
