I praise God that he has chosen me from the foundation of the world.

Even bad decisions turn around for Gods glory in the end...Jonah is living proof!! When God wants you to do something you will do it of that you can be sure!!

I think Christians get hung up on making the right decisions at every turn when God can work with whatever we choose. I mean, of course, decisions that do not go against His Word - a decision to steal would not be approved by God! But where to work, where to live, maybe even who to marry - God might be letting us decide. Nothing is impossible for Him and He can use whatever situation we are in, even because of our worst decisions, to His glory.

"I like the fact that I come up smelling of God." Love that!!
Kind of a paraphrase of 2 Corinthians 2:15 which says: "For we are a fragrance of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing.."

I too am so glad that the LORD can use even our bad choices and turn them into something for His glory...and the world sees this and THAT is what draws them to Him, IMHO...not our own goodness.

I personally think though, that if our lives line up with Him and His word, then the choices we make will be the ones that God wants for us anyway..

The choices we make, determine the lives that we live, with all the negative consequences and all the positive consequences.

It is our reactions to these consequences, that make us who we are, with and in Christ, or without Jesus and without Eternal Hope.

Those without Jesus, no matter how good it looks, if they die without Christ, this life will be their eternal reward and hell will be their eternity.

We have a choice to accept that free gift of Salvation.

We have a choice to live as Christians.

We have a choice to be a disciple and student of the Master.

We have the choice to refuse any and all of this.

We have the choice of the eternal consequence of life, or death.

With God for eternity, or without God for eternity.

Right choices are very rewarding, even if the world understands not.

Godly choices are not worldly choices.

Which should we choose?

Which do we choose?

Without Absolute Truth, there are only lies disguised as truth, if you know not the Absolute Truth and it is NOT within you, you will embrace a relative truth that fits your eternity, that is presently before you.

Continue to be faithful, deliverance is near, obedience must be seen, be an unconditional blessing as He continues to bless you.

This time is short, serve Him well, serving all.

Without exception.

Know?

Yes?
