You know me, a girl who loves her colours.....or as you Americans call it......colors!! Whichever way you spell it, I still love the "c" word!! So, can anyone tell me if I can use other colours/colors apart from the standard ones, when posting comments or writing posts? and how do I blinkin do it????? And what about fonts? can I choose anything other than standard or italic???? I need some excitement in my life, and I might as well start here!!!  p.s. don't laugh at me coz I am very technically challenged!  Penelope Captive of Hope

You sure can!!! You know who has answers.....Indescribeable!!! Go to her blog she's got a whole lesson to teach everybody some really cool, cool stuff. I notice PricelessJoy uses different fonts And BB he knows stuff, too!!! Me, I've got a few tricks up my sleeve....but mostly I learned from the others!!! But to get you started, here is a list of all your colors outside the standard ones!!! What I do, is where I want something a different color, say for instance I want aqua, I highlight what I want and just select one of those standard colors like blue. Then you see it adds in between those brackets [ ] the word "color blue" and afterward also in brackets "/color" Where it says blue, that's where I just type aqua (delete blue of course) Okay so there's your first lesson. Get to coloring our worlds a little brighter, could you? Also, one important thing......you have to spell color color, cuz, colour won't color a thing!!! It will simply show up like this [colour peachpuff] peachpuff [/colour] and it should look like this peachpuff

If you want to change your font all you have to do is type these codes [font_face=Kristen ITC] [/ font]. I had to write it out this way so it would show up for you. But where I have the _ just put a regular space. And at the end of your message when you put [/ font], do not put the space there. I used Kristen ITC as an example but you can use almost any font you choose. Does this help??? Have fun!  Bloom Where You are Planted

How did you find the cullar yellow???? All I could see closes to it was orange Oh btw when I click on "who quoted me" the green backing wasn't displayed and that bright yellow nearly blinded me!!! I don't think so Pen. This is one of the Web Safe fonts. It's called... "Comic Sans MS" (Put it after "font face=... and see if it works for you. I went through a lot of fonts lately, I've found some that I really like! Must try them later! When you've got some time, just do some experiments on one of your older blogs. Just add a comment and delete it afterwards. Btw, I really must go to bed now... 'cause it's veeeery late!!
