Then you must also believe the EXACT words He said while He was here in the form Of "Jesus" concerning The Father and "God" where ever He makes any reference directly to those two specific "subjects" in His discourse. IF you Believe that JESUS IS GOD- you DARE NOT ADD TO, change, interpret falsely, ignore or devalue a single thing Jesus said DIRECTLY IN REFERENCE TO "GOD" or "Father". We also understand that the words "HE, HIS and HIM" are also direct references to these 2 "subjects" when the actual context IS about The Father, God, His KINGDOM, Heaven, HELL, and any other expressed topic JESUS REVEALS AS EITHER FACT, HINT OR WARNINGS.  IF JESUS IS GOD- ONLY JESUS CAN BE TRUSTED- NO OTHER PERSON AT ALL. FOR ANY REASON. Think about it. DEEEEEEEEEEEEPLY.Where can you still find ONLY the SPECIFIC words of JESUS? "4 Gospels". A few verses in a couple other places. But for the main- 4 Gospels. "Dig in again and LEARN ONLY FROM GOD- NOT FROM ANY OTHER MEN". Perfection... Possible? Yup... IF ya wanna TRY. |

Maybe I'm not completely understanding here...but.... What the heck is the Bible for? Just to pull out the red letters? Why was it even written? If one does not accept the entire Bible as the Word of God, how can one trust even one Sentence..one word? For me its all or none. I understand you saying to read and understand the gospels first and then move on from there..but this post sounds different to me. Perhaps you didn't say it clearly or perhaps my brain is not on the same track. Wanna clarify for us slow minded, short bus riders? Thanks tons

Thanks tons If you BELIEVE in a NEW covenant and NEW rules that supliment the ones in the OT- you NEEEEEEEEED to dig into the 4 to FIND WHAT JESUS WAS TALKING ABOUT. It's not ABOUT "rejecting" anything- but PRIORITIZING. IF JESUS WAS GOD IN THE FLESH AND HE SPOKE THROUGH JESUS MOUTH- "Man shall not live by bead alone but by every word that proceedeth from the mouth of God."... Do we then understand that the BIBLE is LINEAR and that what COMES LATER both ads to and SUPERCEEDS what came before...? Not that the prior writings are of no further USE- but that the NEW STUFF CHANGES THE BALANCE like a readjustment of the scales that were TIPPED IN SATAN'S FAVOR BY OUR LEADERS (BACK THEN ) and JESUS HAD ONLY ONE WAY TO CORRECT IT. Sooooo as I said- IF WE BELIEVE JESUS IS GOD- Not ONE WHIT OF ANYTHING ELSE MATTERS BUT WHAT JESUS DELIVERED FRESHLY FROM THE MOUTH OF THE FATHER. Once we GET it and understand it- THEN the rest opens up like a blooming flower. It reveals ERRORS that caused men to SIN back then, reveals why GOD wanted us to understand WHY Jesus was so important in HIS message and HOW TO STOP SINNING once and for all time. THAT is the entire point of the whole BIBLE- "Stop Sinning" from start to finish. Jesus showed us how to do just that. IF WE UNDERSTAND AND DOOOOOOO WHAT HE SAID TO DO. IF JESUS WAS GOD IN THE FLESH- and we DISREGARD even one little detail Jesus left for us to KNOW- we fail miserably and remain locked into sin. Does that help a bit? Perfection... Possible? Yup... IF ya wanna TRY.

Yeah I get it. That's just not what your original post sounded like to me..hence the need for clarification. Am I going to have to start interpreting for you as well? LOL
