1. Don't wait until someone does something right before you praise them. Otherwise you'll wait forever
2. As a leader, you provide for people only what they can't provide for themselves.
3. The rule of reprimand is that you have only 30 seconds to share your feelings. And when it's over, it's over!
4. Do not punish a learner. If you do, you'll immobilize him.
5. In change, people feel alone, even if everyone is going through it.
6. The biggest addiction we have to overcome is to the human ego. Why? Because "ego" stands for "Edging God Out."
7. Everyday, do something in relation to everything that is important to you.
8. Change agents aren't loved, so you'd better get centered that you are loved (by God), that you're fabulous.
Eph 2:10 We are his workmanship (poiema, or poem, or work of art) created in Christ Jesus.
God is an artist and you are His masterpiece!

Quoting livingmyfaith: Every item you have listed here is so very true. I liked the last one most, as I know God created me, and HE loves me even when I mess up.
Thanks for the post.

"He loves me even when I mess up." ......I'm not sure I'll ever begin to understand that. GBU, Gary
