Mighty Men 2008 - 67000 men gathered on Angus Buchams "Faith like potatoes" farm in Greytown. This year's theme: Dying to live I know miracles happen when the women of God starts praying, can you imagine what happens when men of God starts taking up their rightful place. I am getting testimonials from people all over after the men's conference. Women declaring that their husbands are taking up their roles of the heads in their homes. One of thousands of testimonies that made me cry with joy: What a LIFE-CHANGING experience!! GOD saved many souls this past weekend through the testimony of HIS warrior, Angus Buchan. PRAISE THE ALMIGHTY!! The revival has begun, our nation and country will be healed. AMEN! Oh Sonia, this is so exciting! Jesus gets all the glory! Hallelujah! WOOOOOOOOO!! HOOOOOOOOOO!! Your enthusiasm is contangious! Guess what else? A Revival has broken out right here in Lakeland Florida, that has been broadcasted, live, on God TV by satellite, and world-wide, on the internet, and testimonies have come in from all over the world!!! Hundreds of miracles, thousands of salvations! I"m with you, our land CAN be healed! I'm hearing about many other revivals breaking out in other churches too, as a result of this 24/7 broadcast. Do you think it's a coincidence that these things are taking place at the same time as "Internet Evangelism Day"? I'm sensing an outpouring of the Holy Spirit! Isn't God awesome? This was posted prior to the conference: o all the guys that are going on this conference - thank you for being obedient and being open to the Holy Spirit... Never before has the onslaught on men been more severe than right now. Satan is trying to make us and the world believe that we are powerless, useless and "second-best". Do not believe it. If Satan succeeds in making men believe this lie, our energy that the Lord has so richly invested in us, will be used for evil. Satan knows if he can get to the head of the family and succeed in destroying the father's role, eventually the family can crumble, and so can the community, because men are utilising their power and influence for wrongdoing or for sitting idly by and not getting involved, instead of proclaiming and spreading the Word of the Lord. I am so excited about this conference, because it shows that men of God are still willing to stand for Him and do the Lord's work. Just be open to your Lord - if you want to laugh in the Lord, do it. If you want to cry in the Lord, do it. Just imagine what can happen if the men in this country re-commit themselves to the Lord Almighty. IT WAS AWESOME AT THE AIRPORT YESTERDAY IN DURBAN AS MEN IN THEIR THOUSANDS LEFT TO FLY HOME. THERE WAS A SPIRIT OF EXCITEMENT BETWEEN THE MEN AND ON THE PLANE BACK TO CAPE TOWN THE MEN WERE AMENING AND READY FOR WHAT GOD HAS DONE AND IS STILL GOING O DO IN OUR HOMES, NEIGHBOURHOOD, CHURCHES AND COUNTRY. Absolutely the most amazing weekend ever in my walk with Christ. I have never felt this rejuvenated in my entire life. If God can move 60000 men to do what they did at Shalom then this country of ours will change. The message of respect and family values must become inbedded in our society. Psa 24:3-6 Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation. This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah. Exo 19:10,11 And the LORD said unto Moses, Go unto the people, and sanctify them today and tomorrow, and let them wash their clothes, And be ready against the third day: for the third day the LORD will come down in the sight of all the people upon mount Sinai. I only have 3 words…Intimacy, Intimacy, and Intimacy! We cannot Fear Him, if we do not know Who this Holy God is. He came down at Mount Sinai to prove his people to give them a choice to come out Egypt, just as He called His Son out of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Amazingly ordained by the King Himself, this weekend was the Passover weekend when the perfect Lamb was slain at the ninth hour (3pm) Saturday (14day of Nissan) according to Exodus 12, and not according to church history and traditions. The theme of this weekend was dying to live, a fitting theme for a Passover weekend, where many chose to die to self, only to be resurrected in our Messiah. Men were Men again. We have been robbed of our identity in Yahshua (Jesus), our masculinity have been suppressed…but through His amazing grace started to restore His order that would bring healing to families, communities and nations. I have seen hardened farmers repent of their sins, softening under the loving presence of our Beloved, I have seen burdens lifted, yokes removed, and hearts restored back to Him. We have been challenged to lay down our lives as Men, in order for His plan, the heavenly pattern for South Africa to come into fulfillment. He has become our Salvation and Hope in a time such as this. Only from a place of intimacy with our Beloved will the fire, passion and zeal for Him be ignited…those who worship Him, must worship Him in Spirit and Truth. This weekend His Gideon army arised!
