Are You Sidelined?

God knows what He's about. If He has you sidelined, out of the action for a while, He knows what He's doing. You just stay faithful--stay flexible--stay available--stay humble.

Psalms:37:5 KJV: Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

Hi 4gvn and thank you for the post. I felt the meaning of what you said as that's where I'm at.

God bless you.

Assured Salvation and God's forgiveness are all that matters.

I like how the Message Bible quotes this scripture:
Jeremiah 29 vs 11
"I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out-plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for."

KJV "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you the expected end."

God is still on the throne, He's still in control and He still has a plan!

Love and Hugs

Lord, keep one hand on my shoulder and one hand over my mouth!

Sorry for the late response, Ladies!

Been busy with life, getting ready to move back to the States for the winter, DIAL-UP, etc!

livingmyfaith, may we relax on the sidelines and learn to enjoy it! Speaking from experience, being on the sidelines can turn into a spiritual retreat! My prayers are with you! Thank you for sharing, living! Blessings to you!

Rebekka, that is one of my favorite verses! Quoting you: "God is still on the throne, He's still in control and He still has a plan!" I love it! Thanks for sharing that with us! God Bless You!
