In the Movie "Next" Nicholas Cage can see about 5 minutes ahead into the future. Many times he plays out the scenario just so he knows the best way to do something, or to get what he really wants. Would you want to have that power?

Good flick! I think it had to be difficult technically to get that "gift" across on film, and thought they did a great job of it. Hmmm, would I want that ability? I think I'd have to say no - obviously for the story line of the film it served him well, but Cage did a good job with his character of portraying that it seemed to be a burden to him for the most part. So for day-to-day living, I don't think I'd want that.

I feel the same way Wen. I wouldnt want that power or ability either. But as far as a film concept goes....I thought it was great. Not really a great movie but fun
