My estranged brother My half brother Carl attended our biological fathers funeral in april of 2001. Carl is an intelligent person, but he was always into drugs and alcohol. He had an accident and a bad blood transfusion gave him heppititis C. He now is on dialisis 3 days a week. He wandered into our uncles home the other day. First time anyone heard from him since then. My Uncle thinks he is dying. |

Am sorry to hear about the sad plight of your brother. But what a big opportunity for you to share God's redeeming love to him. I will pray for Carl...and I will also pray for you. That you reach out in love, and experience God's amazing grace under all circumstances in our lives. Afterall, its not the quantity of years thats important. I feel strange. I feel sad. My concern is his spiritual condition. I was adopted. I had a relationship with his father after my adoptive parents had both died. I met Carl ten years after I met Dennis Sr. My father never treated Carl real well. There was another brother named Bill who died in a gun accident in a friends home back in 1984 at the age of 16. My thoughts are......what do you want me to do here Lord, because this is a situation regarding the eternal. There is a lot that goes into this.
