so what does one do? IGNORE them altogether and let them think that everything is okay? What if YOU are the only person that has the GUTS to put someone in thier place? Okay so there is a way of saying what you need to say without being MEAN. So if we can do it that way, should we go ahead and say what needs to be said? Hi G-Dub . . . Some are diplomatic. They can tell you to "go to hell" in such a way that you will be looking forward to the trip. Others are not too good communicating what needs to be said and therefore fall into mischief. Me? I don't beat around the bush and I'm glad. I am bold just like my Lord and I tell the truth as I see it. But some people can not handle the truth. I give honesty to others in the expectation that I receive honesty in return. If someone has something to say to me I prefer a straight-shooter. I consider everything open to me and if it's true then I need to receive it. If it's not true I reject it. By the way nice picture. Salvation is of the LORD

i just had to tell an employee at the local grocerie store that they were not doing their job correctly. i could have just let it go,but she decided to develope an attitude with me,so i kind of put her in her place,but just a little bit though.  i kind of walked off,leaving the confrontation at a tie,just so she will know that i do actually have a pulse!  i have seen her there several times before,and she looks like she can get irritated very easily. but when i saw that she was getting a little too mouthy with me,i decided to kind of let her know,that i may look like a welcome mat,but my personality can look a little more like a brick wall if you press the wrong buttons!
